Japan is home to numerous great sake. Each prefecture has sake breweries. We make recommendations for the sake that are best suited for your dishes and sushi.
Although we have several regulars, by season or sometimes spontaneously restock new sake bottles.

Hidakami

Mede in Ishinomaki, Miyagi-Prefecture.
Great match with any fish

Urakasumi

Made in Shiogama, Miyagi Prefecture.
the brewery is close to the harbour for Tuna and Bonito. The aske itself is hence great with them.

Suginishiki

Sake from Shizuoka Prefecture, the chef’s hometown.
Sake from Shizuoka often is fruity but this one is relatively dry and bitter.

Suzuka-Gawa

Made by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten Ltd.
Very rare to see in the Osaka Region.
